Returns and right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days after you, or a person designated by you, receive the order. You do not need to give a reason.

To use your right of withdrawal, email info@naafshopping.com within the 14-day period. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. After notifying us, send the item(s) back within 14 days to:

Please do not send items back before notifying us, as this may delay processing.

Condition of returned items

You may inspect and try the product as you would in a physical shop. Please return it clean and, where reasonably possible, with its original tags and packaging. You are only responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and fit.

Most of our products are produced to order. This does not remove the statutory right of withdrawal for products that are not personalized.

Return shipping costs

For a change-of-mind return, you arrange and pay the direct return shipping costs. You remain responsible for the parcel until it reaches us, so we recommend using a tracked service and keeping the shipping receipt. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact info@naafshopping.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item, the packaging and the shipping label. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back.

When the problem is confirmed, NaafShopping will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair or refund, without return or replacement shipping costs for you. This does not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Refunds

After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received from you, including the standard outbound delivery cost when the entire order is returned, within 14 days after you notify us. We may wait until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of shipment, whichever happens first.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Extra costs for a delivery method that was more expensive than our standard option are not refunded. If you return only part of an order, the original delivery cost is not refunded.

Sale items

Sale and discounted items have the same statutory right of withdrawal as full-price items.

Exchanges

To receive another size, colour or product, return the original item under this policy and place a new order.
