For questions about an order, a product, delivery, returns or a complaint, contact us by email at info@naafshopping.com or through the chat on our website. Please include your order number where relevant. We will acknowledge and handle complaints within a reasonable period.

Seller and fulfilment partners

NaafShopping is the seller and remains responsible for the customer contract. We may use third-party production, payment and delivery partners, including Gelato for print-on-demand production and fulfilment. A production or dispatch address shown on a parcel is not our registered office or return address unless we expressly state otherwise.

Applicable law and consumer rights

Dutch law applies to contracts with NaafShopping. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in this notice limits statutory rights concerning withdrawal, conformity, guarantees, delivery or remedies.

Disputes

We encourage you to contact us first so that we can try to resolve a complaint directly. Consumers may also seek advice or assistance from the competent consumer or alternative dispute resolution body in their country. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent court in accordance with applicable law.
