NaafShopping is the seller and remains responsible for the customer contract. We may use third-party production, payment and delivery partners, including Gelato for print-on-demand production and fulfilment. A production or dispatch address shown on a parcel is not our registered office or return address unless we expressly state otherwise.

Applicable law and consumer rights

Dutch law applies to contracts with NaafShopping. If you are a consumer living in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protection provided by the law of your country of habitual residence.
